Ways to Order
Orders can be placed online through our secure and safe shopping cart system. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as preferred payment options. If you so choose, you may place your order by phone but you still must have an e-mail address. You may contact us Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST. We do not recommend using e-mail to place an order, as this is the most unsecured method.
Shipping Information
Non-custom in stock orders will be shipped via USPS within 3 to 5 business days when payment had been received. Some of our custom made products are individually constructed and created at the time your order is placed and are considered custom or made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for completion and 3-7 days for shipping. SassyGirlCouture will make every effort to expedite your order. However, we work with many artisans and manufacturers therefore shipping schedules may vary or exceed 4 weeks on occasion. If you are in a time crunch to receive your order, please call us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.
We regret that we cannot ship to post office boxes or addresses outside the United States. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees. You will be notified of any additional fees before the item is shipped.
Please be sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery. Some shipping methods charge "Address Correction Fees" that range from $5 - $10 for each incorrect address. If Sassy Girl Couture incurs this fee from your order, you will be responsible for it.
Shipping charges are calculated as a $5 flat rate. Oversized itmes will incur additional fees and the extra amount for shipping on those itmes is clearly noted on the product page. All orders placed in Humble, TX will be delivered free of charge.
Wholesale
Full standard shipping rates apply to wholesale orders. (wholesale orders over $100 do not receive free shipping.) We only charge what USPS charges us. Wholesale rates will be applied to the regular prices only.
Product Availability
Sassy Girl Couture strives to provide the most current product availability information on our website, but errors can occur. Inventory information on our site does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product is not in stock when your order is placed, we will provide you with our best estimate of when the product will be available or we will call you. Estimated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and therefore, they are subject to change. All items marked on sale are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Return and Exchange Policy
Non-Custom, Custom Made and Made to Order Purchases:
Sassy Girl Couture will provide an exchange or issue a full refund for all non-sale, non-custom items within ten (10) days after you received the items. The shipping companies we use electronically verify the date you receive the item. NO returns or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days of you receiving your order.
Shipping costs will not be refunded by SGC. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, free of defects/stains and in the original packaging.
Sassy Girl Couture’s goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality of service and merchandise. Custom made or made to order items are non-returnable. We ask that you please make your selection very carefully to avoid mistakes. You must contact us within 3 days if you feel SGC made a mistake on your order. If you prove you made the order correctly and we made a mistake, we will gladly replace it or refund your order including shipping within 10 days. Again, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days of you receiving your order.
If you receive a defective product, a product damaged in shipping or if you received the wrong item you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return and a shipping refund. All above policies apply.
How to return/exchange an item:
You must contact us within 3 days with your reason for return. Once we verify your reason for return, we will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA). The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside label. If we receive a return package that does not have a RA #, it will be returned to the sender unopened as we did not authorize the return. Please note that Fed EX and UPS provide tracking and are automatically insured up to $100.00. You must ask for these services if using the US postal service. SSG is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged items that are being returned.
All packages must be returned prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We will refund your shipping only if you qualify for one of the above mentioned reasons. We will not reimburse overnight shipping charges.
To ensure proper credit, enclose a copy of the packing list with your return. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.

Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of Texas. All deliveries in Texas will be charged an 8.25% sales tax on your total order including shipping.
Privacy Policy
Any information that you submit to Sassy Girl Couture will not be sold or otherwise released to a third party unless forced to do so by law. All personal information collected during your shopping experience is used to fulfill your order or advise you of the status of your order. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.
